FITT Scientific is seeking a Lead Logistics Analyst to support Army logistics and supply-chain operations at Redstone Arsenal, Alabama. The role leads logistics analysis, evaluates performance, and guides junior analysts with a SECRET clearance requirement.

Required is extensive Army logistics experience, hands-on LMP work, and strong analytical communication skills to develop actionable recommendations and improve processes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Army logistics experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on LMP experience.
• Knowledge of Army logistics and supply-chain operations.
• Experience with inventory-management processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to lead and provide technical direction to other analysts.
• Must hold or be eligible for SECRET clearance.

• Lead logistics and supply-chain analysis activities.
• Analyze processes, performance data, and trends.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency in supply chains.
• Support inventory-management analysis and process improvement.
• Coordinate analytical activities with logistics, data, and program-management staff.
