Job summary

The Intrepid Group seeks an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead a 15-person APG engineering program delivering C4ISR capabilities for protection and survivability. You will oversee scope, cost, schedule, and contract performance while coordinating with government stakeholders to sustain customer satisfaction.

Required are a Bachelor's degree, 15 years in technology design, and a PMP certification; an active Secret clearance and 10% travel are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 15 years of technology design and development experience.
• PMP certification and program management expertise are required.
• Minimum 2 years in a research or engineering environment related to PWS.
• Ability to travel up to 10% and maintain an active security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary interface with the customer and Government, sustaining satisfaction.
• Lead a 15-person APG engineering program delivering C4ISR capabilities.
• Oversee scope, cost, schedule, deliverables, and contract performance.
• Coordinate with KO, COR, and Government leadership and ensure compliance.
• Manage subcontractors and vendor relationships, ensuring quality control.
• Support proposal development and basis of estimate activities.
