Job summary

Astrion is seeking a Senior Program Manager to support Air Force Technical Data Systems (TDS) at Wright‑Patterson AFB. The role provides senior‑level program management oversight across multiple enterprise technical data systems delivering timely, accurate information to the warfighter.

Responsibilities include applying DoD PM principles, gathering and analyzing performance data, and preparing acquisition documentation, with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in a related field with 10+ years of experience (5+ in DoD) OR Bachelor’s with 12+ years (5+ in DoD) OR 15 years related experience with certifications.
• Advanced understanding of program management, DoD acquisition processes, and enterprise coordination.

Responsibilities

• Apply DoD PM and acquisition principles to planning, development, integration, and execution of MRO program activities.
• Gather, analyze, and interpret data to assess program effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity.
• Identify schedule and cost variances; recommend viable solutions.
• Prepare acquisition documentation including briefings, plans, reports, and exhibits.
• Support assessment of system acquisition across development, production, and deployment phases.
• Formulate program plans and recommend strategies to meet cost, schedule, and performance objectives.
• Develop and support statutory/regulatory reporting (DAES, MAR).
• Support program management reviews and leadership briefings.
