Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a DoD program, project management, or systems engineering with cost, schedule, and performance responsibilities.
• Experience working on classified programs.
• Must be located within commuting distance of Wright Patterson AFB, Ohio to support in person attendance needs.
• Self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment and can work independently.
• Proven ability to communicate and coordinate with internal and external organizations.
• Ability to multi-task and deliver quality products with minimal oversight.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support creation of multiple technical concept development and programmatic plans across technologies for military applications within the ATD Division.
• Assist Portfolio Leads in assessment and maturation of future force concepts based on USAF and USSF requirements and inputs.
• Identify major trends impacting USAF and USSF S&T program through analyses of studies, wargames, guidance, and strategic planning.
• Create communications products regarding AFRL strategy and policies with AFRL directorates, SAF/HAF, DDR&E, and industry.
• Apply integration, coordination, and planning expertise to assist with program direction and roadmaps.
• Establish trusted relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Assist in reporting status to internal and external stakeholders.
• Support development of pre- and post-award documentation and milestone planning.
