Job summary

Quadric is seeking an experienced Program Manager to drive software and hardware product releases for AI acceleration chips and embedded systems. You will oversee the full lifecycle from concept to delivery, ensuring on-time releases and rigorous safety certification.

The role requires leading multi-disciplinary teams, translating customer requirements into actionable tasks, and communicating risks and milestones to executives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15+ years of progressive experience in a PM role focused on technical programs with AI acceleration chips and embedded systems.
• Master's degree in CS or related technical field.
• Global collaboration across geographies and time zones.
• Proficiency with PM tools: JIRA, GitHub Issues, QC.

Responsibilities

• Own and program manage all aspects of complex software releases from concept to delivery and certification.
• Drive cross-functional execution across SW, HW, silicon, product, sales, and operations.
• Lead the certification process for safety standards (ISO 26262, IEC 61508).
• Translate customer needs into actionable engineering tasks and maintain clear program status.
