Job summary

Vontier seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of Invenco by GVR programs, spanning requirements, design, development, verification, integration, and deployment for customers.

You will drive cross-functional collaboration across product groups and geographies, coach teams, and manage complex programs within SAFe and VBS frameworks to ensure on-time commitments and successful releases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or equivalent experience managing technical Programs.
• Experience in product development or business analysis with cross functional exposure.
• Fluent in English
• Distributed & multi-cultural team management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior program management leadership for end-to-end delivery of programs from initiation to production.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams across product groups and geographies to ensure defined solutions are delivered.
• Mentor and coach colleagues with less experience.
• Manage high-complexity programs with significant budget responsibilities.
