Job summary

Vontier is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of one or more Invenco by GVR programs within a product line. You will work with design, engineering, verification and release teams across geographies to ensure on-time deployment for customers.

You will coach teams, apply SAFe practices, lead PI planning, manage risks, and communicate with executive leadership and external customers. Fluency in English and engineering background are required for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent technical program experience.
• Experience managing technical programs with cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in English and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior program management leadership for end-to-end delivery of one or more programs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across design, engineering, verification, integration and release.
• Coach and mentor team members, drive SAFe practices and PI planning.
• Prepare program status reports and communications for stakeholders and customers.
• Identify risks and escalate mitigation plans for on-time delivery.
