Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent education/experience.
• 5+ years in product development, software, manufacturing, or testing in engineering.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel).
• Leadership experience in engineering contexts.
• Experience leading System Engineering teams in product development.

Responsibilities

• Lead 2-4 Gentex Engineering disciplines in product development.
• Coordinate with vendors, OEMs, and customers on timelines and expectations.
• Document and supervise program requirements and technical specifications; map to roadmaps.
• Balance agile and waterfall methods to create achievable schedules.
• Identify and remove roadblocks; drive cross-functional decisions.
• Lead engineering quotations and develop profitable product business cases.
