TCOM, L.P. is seeking an experienced Program Manager I to oversee all program activities—cost, schedule, and performance—for smaller aerospace programs. You will align technical, operations, business, and contract teams to ensure successful delivery of Stratospheric Balloon and Radar products and related services.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years of program management experience, and familiarity with EVMS and FAR/DFARS. PMP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field.
• 5 years related experience; or experience in lieu of education.
• PMP qualification desired.
• Familiarity with EVMS reporting.

Responsabilités

• Owns all Program activity (cost, schedule, performance) on smaller programs.
• Drives projects to meet or exceed schedule and budget.
• Supports Program Management Reviews with Aerostar senior leadership.
• Develops and coordinates SOOs, SOWs, WBS and BOEs for Program Activity.
• Supports ERP system project setup (new project creation, charge number management, baselines).
• Participates in sub-system build/buy decisions and analyzes impacts.
• Manages budget and deliverables for subcontractor/provider activity.
• Ensures adherence to contracts and flows down requirements to subcontractors.
• Contributes to Bid and Proposal activity with Basis of Estimate for rough orders of magnitude.
• Grow the company’s base of business with existing customers through deep relationships.
