Job summary

Axillon Aerospace is seeking a Program Manager to lead and execute management of all company programs, spanning from proposal through production and contract end. You will oversee PLM processes, ensure schedule, cost, and technical performance, and coordinate with customers and internal teams to meet objectives.

The role requires 2+ years in PM for engineering or supply chain, and the ability to obtain security clearance. A strong background in aerospace or DoD contracts is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
• MBA degree or equivalent preferred.
• 2+ years of project management experience in Supply Chain or Engineering.
• Ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage all company programs throughout the PLM lifecycle.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers and external services to ensure program success.
• Review program plans, budgets, schedules and status reporting.
• Lead risk management activities and mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with program, contract, security and export requirements.
• Support proposal activities and documentation for US customers.
• Maintain thorough program files and cross-functional documentation.
