Job summary

Compulink seeks a seasoned Program Manager to coordinate scheduling, pricing, and technical performance for assigned customers and programs, reporting to the VP/GM. The role involves proposal prep, schedule/budget control, and generating progress reports in a DoD/aerospace context with ITAR/EAR compliance.

Responsibilities include solving program problems, maintaining master plans, and ensuring timely, within-budget completion while coordinating across functions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related technical field.
  • 6 to 10+ years of project or program management experience in aerospace/defense or high-tech manufacturing industries.
  • Experience with complex multi-year programs involving Military Contractors or subcontract providers.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate preparation of proposals, plans, specifications and financial conditions of contracts.
  • Ensure adherence to master plans and schedules.
  • Develop solutions to program problems to assure completion within time and budget constraints.
  • Prepare reports for senior management to track progress and goals.
  • Coordinate and complete programs with creativity and independent judgment.
  • Ensure adherence to aerospace quality systems, safety regulations, and export laws (ITAR/EAR).
