Job summary

Stellant Systems, Inc. in Torrance, CA is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead end-to-end programs for key customers, managing proposals, contracts, baselines, and production readiness.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of program management, marketing, sales, operations or engineering experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software (e.g. Microsoft Project).
• CRM and ERP skills are desirable.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to address complex issues and action plans with program teams and senior management.
• Ability to work independently on multifaceted program issues.
• Capability and flexibility to handle multiple tasks in restricted time frames to support program goals.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• Program management certification or equivalent is a plus.
