Redolent Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager for a direct client engagement in San Jose, CA.

This 6+ month assignment focuses on end-to-end delivery of IPTV solutions, coordinating with telecom operators, MSOs, and system integrators to ensure on-time deployment and successful go-to-market. The role requires strong cross-functional leadership, superior client-facing communication, and expert MS Project scheduling.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering end-to-end IPTV deployments.
• Strong customer-facing communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to define and manage program schedules with MS Project.
• Experience with P&L and resource utilization tracking.
• Coordinate with third-party providers and customers.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with cross functional teams to drive the delivery of Client Products to Customers.
• Collaborate on the creation and delivery of detailed Statements of Work for Services and SW solutions.
• Define, document and build program schedules for Cable and Telecom Service Providers in an end to end manner.
• Effectively manage third party providers, customers and external dependencies to keep program schedules on track.
• Financial acumen and experience both owning, tracking and accurate reporting of resource utilization.

We have following urgent role with our DIRECT client
Title: Senior Program Manager
Location: San Jose, CA

Do you believe that the time for MSOs to transition from QAM to IPTV is now and has the potential to dramatically change the way in which they can successfully compete against OTT providers? Have you managed the deployment of end to end solutions that leverage IPTV infrastructure with telecom operators, MSO providers and/or Tier-2 and Tier-3 cable providers? Client is seeking an experienced and customer focused Senior Program Manager who is passionate about innovation in the video industry. Due to significant demand in the transition of video delivery technologies, the right person for this position will need to possess deep knowledge of how our customers plan, integrate, deploy and operate their video infrastructure and can envision ways to optimize their business through the successful, on-time delivery of the Client technology stack.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively with cross functional teams to drive the delivery of Client Products to Customers.

Required Skills

• Competency identification acumen driving the effective utilization of resources.
• Strong customer facing communications skills that foster cohesion across team members while managing without authority.
• Experience navigating demanding customer facing relationships while executing against tight delivery timelines and driving overall technical deliverables which are focused on deep technical planning with 3rd parties and external facing customers.
• Financial acumen to drive team oriented KPIs, P&L deliverable tracking and business planning experience.
• Ability to articulate technical objectives to internal and external customers and their dependencies on critical path items that can prevent on time delivery of product in go to market plans.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Expert level knowledge of MS Project and experience building detailed schedules.

Nice to Have:

• Understanding of cloud computing technologies, business drivers and emerging computing trends focused in the video and media space.
• Knowledge of industry standards in ad insertion, network monitoring and operational implementation of IPTV solutions.
• Working level knowledge of video distribution.
