Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience as a Program Manager in a contract electronics manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical, financial and budgeting skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite: Word, Project, and PowerPoint.
• Advanced proficiency of Microsoft Excel is required.
• Solid understanding of Backlog and MRP/ERP systems.
• Working knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems, preferably Agile.

Responsibilities

• Voice of the Customer (VoC): main point of contact and communication for business relationships and escalation, deliver reports per contractual agreements, and facilitate meetings with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Responsible for managing all aspects of account program management in a matrix organization covering production, planning, materials management, quality, engineering, and new business development.
• Monitor cost, revenue and profitability; provide forecasts and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery; justify pricing for quotations and proposals.
• Ensure program operational metrics are tracked (on-time delivery, quality, responsiveness, value) and drive improvements.
• Submit claims recovery (PPV, Tariff, Freight, OT, changes, rework).
• Ensure projects meet customer expectations, respond promptly to requests with clear commitments.
• Interpret and execute contractual requirements for cross-functional teams.
• Conduct kick-offs and Manufacturing Readiness Reviews for seamless execution.
• Nurture customer relationships with advocacy and excellence.

Job Overview: TheSenior Program Manager provides enterprise-level support for Unigen products and services to designated customers, ensuring quality service, operational performance and effective coordination and communication with the customer.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Voice of the Customer (VoC):Serve as themain point of contact & communication for business relationships and escalation, deliver reports per contractual agreements, and facilitate meetings with customers and CFT or Unigen Leadership.
• Responsible for managing all aspects of account program management, which operates in a (CFT) matrix management capacity with the following functional areas: production, planning, materials management, quality, engineering, and new business development.
• Responsible for monitoring and analyzing cost, revenue and profitability performance of programs, providing revenue forecasts and ensuring products are completed on time and within budget; provide pricing rationale and recommendations supporting quotations and proposals for new business opportunities.
• Responsible for ensuring that program operational metrics are in place and are effectively managed. Monitor key operational performance metrics such as on-time delivery, quality, responsiveness, price for value, and use of technology. Review company performance to standards on a regular basis reacting to metrics by identifying root cause and solutions.
• Responsible for submitting claims recovery to customers such as: Purchase Price Variance (PPV), Tariff, Freight, Overtime (OT), Engineering Changes Impacts, Rework, and Others.
• Responsible for ensuring customer projects meet the customer’s expectations and are delivered on time. Provide timely responses to customer requests, offering clear answers and commitments.
• Ensure accurate interpretation and execution of contractual requirements to the CFT.
• Conduct effective kick-offs and Manufacturing Readiness Reviews to ensure seamless project execution.
• Maintain and nurture the customer relationship with an advocacy attitude and dedication to excellence.
• Facilitate and support Quarterly Business Reviews, driving closure on subsequent actions.
• Coordinate customer site visits as required.
• Mentors and supports new Program Managers.
