Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a Senior Program Manager for the Milford, OH area to lead product development programs in medical device, pharmaceutical, or combination product environments. This onsite role requires a Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Life Science and 8+ years in the field.

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Life Science required.
• 8+ years of experience in Medical Device or Pharmaceutical manufacturing with ISO, FDA, MDD, and/or other healthcare regulations.
• 3+ years leading cross-functional product development activities and matrixed teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle management partner programs.
• Support Design Control principles (Gate reviews, freezes, Design reviews, Change management, approvals).
• Set and track project KPI (Strategy, Regulatory pathway, Clinical build progress, status, Schedule, Allocate resources, risk).
• Maximize relationships with external partners (Pharmaceutical, Healthcare).

The Judge Group is seeking a Senior Program Manager in the Milford, OH area with strong experience leading Product Development Programs in medical device, pharmaceutical, or combination product environment.

COMPENSATION: 160k to 175k

WORKSITE: Onsite (NO REMOTE)

RELOCATION: Available for the right candidate

MUST HAVE: Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Life Science, etc

MUST HAVE: 8+ years of experience in Medical Device or possibly Pharmaceutical manufacturing with ISO, FDA, MDD, and/or other healthcare industry regulations

MUST HAVE: 3+ years of experience in product development activities and processes leading cross-functional, matrixed teams

LIKE TO HAVE: PMP, CAPM, CPMP

MUST BE: A US Citizen or a Green Card Holder

EXPERIENCE:
