Manage, coordinate, and oversee the daily operations of the YouthBuild Lakeland program. Responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, and supervising staff as well as the recruitment and selection of program trainees. Provide ongoing leadership, teamwork, and career development training to create positive change consistent with program objectives. Conduct needs based assessments toward the creation of a comprehensive program curriculum for the development of trainees. Manage budgets, write grants, develop partnerships in the community, and ensure full compliance with all grant policies and regulations.
