Job summary

Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) seeks a Senior Project Management Manager (Level M) to join our team in Tukwila, Washington. This role leads cross-functional teams, develops program plans, and ensures objectives are met across scope, time, quality, and constraints.

The position is 100% onsite with responsibilities spanning resource acquisition, supplier management, and strategic guidance, plus a proven track record in earned value management and large-scale program leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in program planning, project management, integrated scheduling, Industrial Engineering, Business Operations, and/or related disciplines.
• 5+ years of experience using Integrated Scheduling tools such as: Open Plan Professional, Microsoft Project Professional, Enterprise Project Management, or a similar tool.
• 5+ years of experience with Earned Value Management (EVM).
• 5+ years of experience leading or managing a cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

• Manages employees and mid-level managers to develop projects and program plans at all levels across functional areas and executes all project phases to achieve objectives within scope, time, quality, and constraints from initiation to post completion.
• Develops and executes integrated organizational plans, policies and procedures and guides the development of business and technical strategies.
• Acquires resources for organizational activities, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.
• Develops and maintains relationships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.
