Job summary

Qualifications

• More than 5 years of experience developing and delivering process improvement initiatives in complex, matrixed environments.
• More than 5 years of experience with Program Management Best Practices.
• More than 5 years of experience with the Enterprise Standard Gated Process (ESGP) Process.
• More than 5 years of experience with end-to-end project/program management: conception and initiation, planning, execution, performance/monitoring, and project closeout.

Responsibilities

• Lead ESGP on multiple programs.
• Support Start Up and EVM execution and compliance.
• Provide PMBP guidance across multiple programs.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to fulfill strategic initiatives.
• Engage PM community through workshops, forums, training.
• Represent senior management to communicate policy, strategy and direction.
• Liaise with thought leaders to import best practices.
