Job summary

Thai Summit America seeks a seasoned Program Manager to lead multiple cross-functional programs within the organization. You will supervise the Program Management Department and ensure programs launch per TSAC procedures, timelines, and customer requirements while tracking KPIs.

Responsibilities include coordinating with project managers, communicating with senior leadership and external customers, and driving program status updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing & Sales, Business Management or relevant field is strongly preferred.
• 10–15 years' relevant experience in automotive/manufacturing industry management teams is strongly preferred.
• Strong capability with Microsoft Office applications is required.
• Strong capability with ERP systems (particularly PLEX) is required.
• Adaptability, flexibility and ability to learn new systems/databases.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with varying levels of management and internal departments.
• Coordination and collaboration with internal departments and ability to work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
• Must have knowledge of GD&T, APQP, PPAP, and SPC.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex, large-scale programs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Develop and manage program activities, ensuring milestones, resources, and timelines are coordinated.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure successful execution of projects within the program.
• Serve as the primary contact for program-related communication with senior leadership and external customers.
• Communicate program status, risks and dependencies to stakeholders.
• Drive regular program status updates and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Participate in interviews of new hires.
• Support safety rules and compliance to excellence standards.
• Ensure APQP procedures are followed.
• Monitor scorecards in OEM portal.
• Ensure customer SOW, milestones and budget are met.
