SENIOR PROGRAM MANAGEMENT ANALYST/ SENIOR FUNCTIONAL ANALYSTS (PMW220)

Bowhead is seeking multiple Senior Program Management Analysts/Senior Functional Analysts in Washington, D.C. to provide senior consultative support for the Navy ERP program's next-generation capability development. Positions available include:

• S/4 Finance Lead
• S/4 Logistics Lead
• Functional Solution Architect (S/4)
• Technical Architect (S/4)
• S/4 Basis SME
• Data Solution Architect (S/4)

The role involves providing expert consultation on requirements, strategy, and architecture to support new capabilities. This position can be remote.

Responsibilities

Essential duties include:

• Providing subject matter expertise across all software development lifecycle phases.
• Analyzing performance, business drivers, costs, schedule, and resolving integration issues.
• Preparing documents and briefs for governance meetings to inform decision-making.
• Reviewing and updating operational plans and documentation; tracking documents and tasks.
• Assessing and recommending system, configuration, and user experience improvements.
• Monitoring project plans, recommending adjustments, and updating leadership.
• Developing briefing materials and identifying schedule risks.
• Collaborating on schedule updates and dependencies.
• Supporting business case development and strategic planning.
• Maintaining process and configuration documentation.
• Designing S/4 data architecture, reporting, and technical systems.
• Developing low-code/no-code solutions and designing supply and financial solutions based on DoD policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years experience with SAP S/4 Hana and SAP ECC.
• Fifteen (15) years of overall professional experience.
• At least five (5) years in a managerial or lead role.
• Experience with SAP modules (FI, FM, CO, SD, PS, etc.) and recent integration and data management expertise, Navy ERP SAP experience preferred.
• Experience in Agile environments, stakeholder negotiation, and MS Project.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and independent/team work skills.
• Experience in briefing government leadership.

Physical Demands

• Ability to lift up to 5 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, twist, bend, and squat periodically.

Security Clearance

Must maintain a Secret clearance; US citizenship required.
