Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Sr. Program Manager of Demand Planning Capabilities to drive a cross-functional, enterprise-wide program connecting merchandising, supply chain, and technology.

You will translate ambiguous problems into clear programs, align senior stakeholders, and ensure customer-focused outcomes. The ideal candidate is a structured thinker and strong communicator with deep curiosity about demand planning, forecasting, and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of a multi-year demand planning initiative across Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Technology.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment, document decisions, and drive program scope.
• Define and align business processes and decision-making flows across planning functions.
• Lead program reviews, surface risks, and propose clear paths to resolution.
• Develop and maintain KPI framework and measure program impact.
• Own the program's entitlement framework and quantify business impact.
• Coordinate onboarding and feedback between end users and product teams for tools adoption.
• Identify capability gaps and present structured recommendations to leadership.
• Produce high-quality written artifacts for executives.
