Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience with accountability for programs >$100M in revenue.
• C-suite level client relationships, not just PM contacts.
• Ability to build, restructure, and right-size a program team.
• Experience taking control of troubled programs and returning to stability.
• Strong track record presenting to Executive Leadership.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong financial acumen with margin accountability.
• Advanced scheduling skills across MS Project, P6, Smartsheet.
• Proficiency in Excel and the Microsoft Office suite; Bluebeam familiarity.
• Negotiation skills to lead contract strategy, claims, and disputes.
• Strategic leadership and relocation/travel readiness up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Own program P&L with explicit margin accountability across assigned programs.
• Design and restructure the program team to meet demands and gaps.
• Develop and maintain C-suite level client relationships.
• Guide strategic pipeline decisions based on capacity and margin potential.
• Take direct control of programs in jeopardy to restore stability.
• Improve procedures and establish program-wide scheduling/financial standards.
• Present and defend Business Case Reviews to Executives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of program managers.
• Champion leadership development and safety/quality culture.
• Represent programs in senior enterprise forums and drive continuous improvement.
• Field management: participate in senior client milestones and crises.
