Job summary

Jobot, an employee-owned construction firm, is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex commercial, healthcare, education, and mission-critical projects. You will oversee planning, coordination, and execution from inception to completion, ensuring on-time delivery within budget while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role requires a strong background in construction principles, team leadership, and stakeholder communication, with potential for career growth in a stable organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Project Manager in construction.
• Strong understanding of construction principles and practices.
• Experience with subcontracts, subcontractors and/or self-perform work.
• Proven track record of leading project teams and managing budgets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of construction project planning to implementation.
• Allocate resources for assigned projects and manage site personnel.
• Interface with inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, officials, and clients.
• Negotiate with contractors to obtain reasonable costs and maintain quality.
