Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Ten (10) years of related experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Apply depth and breadth of knowledge of Program Management to complex problems and lead autonomous initiatives.
Represent PG&E to external agencies on sensitive issues and lead cross-functional projects.
Develop and present program performance metrics, reports, and dashboards for senior management.
Monitor costs vs. budget and forecast short- and long-term work.
Lead development of annual and long-term program work plans and budgets.
Improve processes and procedures; develop guidance documents and roadmaps.
Lead benchmarking efforts and propose business cases for senior management.
Partner with leadership to drive cross-functional decisions and resource planning.
