The role emphasizes leadership of a team of program managers, governance adherence, risk management, and development of talent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, Engineering, Operations, Product Management, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of people-leadership experience in a matrixed environment.
• Experience leading complex customer-facing programs and cross-functional teams.
• Strong business acumen, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of automotive customer programs from business award through product launch and lifecycle management.
• Drive execution excellence across New Product Development, Advanced Development Programs, Sustaining projects, and customer-specific initiatives.
• Ensure programs achieve committed objectives related to timing, quality, cost, revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead program reviews, escalation management, launch-readiness activities, and recovery plans for critical business issues.
• Establish portfolio priorities and resource-allocation strategies that support business objectives.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customer leadership teams and key stakeholders.
