Job summary

Resource Innovations is seeking a Senior Manager, Assessment Customer Programs to oversee the successful delivery of assigned assessment programs in Santa Fe Springs, CA. You will manage client relationships, coordinate with engineering, analytics, business development, and finance teams, and lead a team to meet contract, quality, and profitability targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration/Management or technical energy field.
• 5+ years managing assessment programs or multiple projects of increasing responsibility.
• 3+ years in management and supervision of diverse project teams and personnel.
• Valid California driver’s license and personal automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead successful program delivery and oversee execution of assigned assessment programs.
• Provide oversight and leadership to direct reports and monitor progress to contract requirements, quality, timelines, and RI budgets.
• Approve invoices when needed and coordinate with cross‑functional teams to support program success.
• Provide program performance reporting to executive staff and clients; coordinate with engineering, analytics, business development, and finance teams.
• Meet budget, productivity, quality, and profitability targets; maintain strong customer relationships as the senior client point of contact.
• Attend client meetings and assist staff with difficult relationships or requests; monitor vendor performance as needed.
• Develop staffing plans, motivate and manage employees, and provide regular development opportunities to enhance delivery and engagement.
• Act as liaison between RI offices, represent the local program at meetings, conferences, and as part of the Senior Advisory Council.
