Job summary

United Launch Alliance in Decatur, Alabama seeks a Program Management Leader to direct the engineering organization responsible for final vehicle assembly, integration, test, and certification. You will coordinate with Operations, Quality, Mission Management, and launch-site teams to ensure vehicle readiness and schedule adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field.
• 8+ years of relevant work experience plus 4+ years in management.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams in aerospace or high-rate environments.
• Ability to resolve complex, cross-functional issues across organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering organization supporting final vehicle assembly, integration, and certification.
• Partner with cross-functional leadership to align priorities and staffing with vehicle flow and milestones.
• Direct timely resolution of technical issues affecting integration, test, and delivery.
• Maintain technical continuity as vehicles transition from production to launch-site processing.
• Drive continuous improvement by applying lessons learned to future builds.
