Job summary

Responsibilities

Program and Delivery Leadership: provide direction across programs and projects.
People Management: manage a team of project, development, and support resources.
Project Execution: oversee planning, milestones, risks, issues, and delivery readiness.
Stakeholder Management: maintain relationships with stakeholders and align priorities.
Support and Operations Management: oversee support operations for business applications and services.
Governance and Process Management: lead governance across Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid models.
