Job summary

West 4thStrategy seeks a Senior Program Support Specialist in Bethesda, MD, to provide senior-level operational support for the Naval Dosimetry Center. You will serve as an NVLAP-accredited Signatory for applicable products and act as the primary operations contact for commands and external stakeholders.

You will help ensure dosimetry processing meets Navy requirements and accreditation standards, coordinate cross-functionally, and sustain department operations in the Department Head's absence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related health sciences field - required
• At least five (5) years of professional management/analysis experience
• Strong proficiency with MS Office, Power BI or Tableau, and SharePoint
• Ability to produce clear written products and briefings for senior audiences
• Experience organizing and filing records with security handling procedures
• Experience performing data review, validation, and analysis for reporting
• Experience in performance analysis, management reporting, and inventory/supply management
• Strong written and oral communication skills across stakeholders
• Experience using Adobe Pro and SharePoint for program management

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level operational support to ensure dosimetry operations meet Navy requirements and accreditation standards
• Obtain and maintain NVLAP accredited Signatory qualifications and execute signatory responsibilities
• Ensure Dosimetry Processing Facility compliance with applicable standards and determinations
• Ensure reports are accurate, traceable, and issued within required timelines
• Maintain training programs aligned with command policy to sustain mission capacity
• Serve as operations-facing point of contact for commands and external stakeholders
• Keep procedures current and aligned with process changes and improvements
• Address inquiries with accurate information and obtain required data for reports
• Coordinate with Science/Technical/Quality Managers to support outputs
• Provide deputy leadership to sustain operations in the Department Head's absence
