Saronic Technologies Inc. is seeking a Deputy Program Manager to own the execution and delivery of major shipbuilding programs at our US-based yards in LA and TX.

The role requires coordinating with production, engineering, and quality teams, driving program health, and maintaining contractual alignment with government customers. The DPM will manage cost, schedule, scope, and customer outcomes from award through delivery and sustainment, balancing throughput with flexibility for mission packages

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Proven program management experience on large-scale shipbuilding or defense programs.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience managing production at rate and complex hardware deliveries.

Responsibilities
