Saronic Technologies Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to own the execution and delivery of major shipbuilding programs.

This role oversees production, risk management, and customer relations across shipyard facilities in Franklin, LA and Brownsville, TX, coordinating with multiple teams to meet contract requirements. The ideal candidate will have 9+ years in program management for large-scale production or defense programs, strong communication, and experience delivering complex platforms at

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a related technical field.
• 9+ years of experience in program management of large-scale production, shipbuilding, or complex defense development programs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated ownership of cost, schedule, and scope on large programs.
• Experience managing production at rate with supply chain, build sequencing, and delivery of complex systems.
• Proven ability to manage government or defense customers, contracts, and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of a commercial and/or Government Shipbuilding program, accountable for cost, schedule, scope, and quality from award through delivery and sustainment.
• Lead customer contract management, deliverables, milestones, and contractual obligations.
• Build and maintain the integrated program plan aligning production, engineering milestones, and timelines to commitments.
• Drive risk and opportunity management across the program and resolve threats to cost or schedule.
• Coordinate with production, engineering, and quality teams to ensure configurations and acceptance meet standards.
