Job summary

Chime is seeking a Senior Program Manager to join our Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO). You will lead large-scale, cross-functional programs that shape Chime's strategic direction and displace risk with clear decision paths and execution plans.

We offer a base salary of $138,000 to $190,000 with bonus eligibility, equity, and comprehensive benefits. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Operations and Compliance to drive impact at one of FinTech's fastest-growing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 8+ years in strategy, business operations, program management, or consulting.
• Strong ability to devise simple, scalable solutions to complex problems.
• Experience improving cross-functional operations and scaling systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with C-Suite and Senior leaders across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale, enterprise-wide programs that are high stakes and highly visible across Chime.
• Translate priorities into clear program strategies, milestones and execution plans.
• Own end-to-end cross-functional projects in a dynamic environment.
• Identify program risks and dependencies; mitigate before they impact outcomes.
• Develop big-picture narratives to drive buy-in, adoption and results.
• Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to drive accountability.
