Chime is seeking a Senior Director of Product to shape and lead key opportunities for members and the business. You will lead a product organization of ~10–15 people, setting vision and strategy across a high-impact area, developing leaders, and turning opportunities into products members love.

The role involves a multi-year vision, scaled organization leadership, and close partnership with senior leaders across Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and Operations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large product organizations and developing senior product leaders.
• Track record of translating customer, market, and business insights into strategy.

Responsibilities

• Set a compelling product vision and strategy for a significant area of Chime.
• Lead a product organization of approximately 10-15 people, creating the structure and environment for teams to excel.
• Identify and develop new opportunities to expand Chime’s impact using data, experimentation, and market insight.
• Own a broad portfolio of product initiatives and prioritize near-term and long-term bets.
