Job summary

Qualifications

• US citizen with active DoD Secret or higher clearance.
• 7+ years of IT program/project management experience on DoD/federal contracts.
• Experience managing scope, schedule, cost to a fixed-price baseline.
• Experience with enterprise-scale software or system modernization programs.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combined education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of an enterprise PLM modernization program to fixed-price baseline.
• Coordinate subcontractors and teaming partners ensuring deliverables meet standards.
• Track percent-complete, schedule, and cost; flag changes impacting margin.
• Maintain CPARS-facing metrics and lead weekly risk and action reviews.
