Job summary

Sabel Systems is seeking a Management-level Project/Program Manager to lead DoD IT initiatives at our Beavercreek area in Ohio. You will translate mission requirements into scalable architectures and guide Agile teams to deliver outcomes that align with customer goals.

Qualifications

Must be a US citizen.
Desire to understand and optimize DoD Acquisition and Sustainment mission and objectives.
IT solution road mapping and architecting experience.
Knowledge of weapon system systems engineering and product lifecycle management.
Experience delivering IT Solutions in DoD or related environments.

Responsibilities

Collect requirements through customer mentorship and guidance on cost/schedule/capability tradeoffs.
Translate mission requirements into scalable system designs linked to outcomes.
Create architectures, reference models, and roadmaps to mitigate risk.
Lead technical decision-making and enforce architecture standards for Agile teams.
Evaluate emerging technologies for multi-cloud, classified environments.
