Job summary

E-Logic, Inc. seeks a Senior Project Lead to act as the main contractor representative for MARCORLOGCOM in Albany, GA. You’ll lead a multi-site team of 25+ personnel, assuring program performance, compliance, and timely deliverables for a high-stakes logistics contract.

You’ll coordinate with Government leadership, manage staffing and budgets, and drive continuous improvements while maintaining readiness for inquiries and audits. This role is on-site at a Government installation in Albany, GA.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–6 years directing contractor operations for military or government programs.
• Experience in inventory, distribution support, stock positioning, and sourcing.
• Ability to obtain SECRET-level clearance by day one readiness.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall program performance and contract compliance.
• Oversee 25+ contract personnel across CONUS and OCONUS sites.
• Ensure staffing, deliverables, and budget are aligned with objectives.
• Communicate with Government leadership and respond to inquiries quickly.
• Drive process improvements and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
