Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Project Leader to develop and drive complex drug development and manufacturing programs in a highly matrixed environment. You will oversee operational aspects, budgets, schedules, and reporting for ongoing improvement projects on cross-functional teams.

The role requires extensive experience with large-molecule/biologic products, CMC understanding, and strong communication skills to coordinate across PDPs and product teams.

Qualifications

• BA/BS with 6+ years of experience or MBA/MS with 5+ years.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively lead matrix teams
• Experience leading highly accelerated or high complexity projects
• Extensive technical and industry-specific expertise in drug development and/or manufacturing
• Specific experience in large-molecule/biologic products and combination products/devices are required
• Understanding of process of developing large-molecule drugs and CMC requirements
• Comfortable working independently on high complexity assignments
• Effective written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead complex projects
• Manage and oversee the operational aspects of ongoing improvement projects
• Support programs by managing project status reviews, budgets, schedules, and preparing necessary reports
• Execute communication plans to ensure effective and timely communication among the core team
• Promote a continuous improvement culture
• Lead the Co-Development Team (CDT) & represent PGS technical on the Product Team (PT)
