Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior program leader to manage cross-functional teams and drive clinical programs in oncology and autoimmune disease. You will partner with leadership to define development strategies, milestones, and governance, and you will establish transparent reporting and robust operational plans across the organization.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with an advanced degree preferred in immunology, biology, or genetics, and 10+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech program

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred in immunology, biology, or genetics.
• 10+ years in program management in pharma/biotech; leadership at associate/director level.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to drive programs through clinical trials.
• Partner with project teams to define goals, milestones, and development plans.
• Establish program management infrastructure and processes across Umoja.
• Execute asset development plans and ensure governance and reporting.
• Support strategic decisions with robust meeting practices and transparent communications.
