Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior leader to drive the clinical development strategy for internal and partnered programs, including timelines, budgets, and post-approval studies. You will supervise a team of managers and coordinate with contract researchers to ensure program success.

The role requires a strong background across small molecules and biologics, deep regulatory understanding, and a track record of leading late-stage development efforts on a global scale.

Qualifications

• MD or PhD in a health-related field with late-stage development experience.
• Experience leading global Phase I–IV clinical trials.
• Strong understanding of regulatory guidelines and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop the clinical development strategy for internal and partnered programs, including timelines and cost estimates.
• Manage full-time staff: Clinical Trial Manager, Data Manager, Clinical Project Manager, Clinical Program Manager.
• Oversee part-time contractors across roles such as biostatistics, medical writing, and pharmacokinetics.
