• Experience leading clinical development programs in the relevant therapeutic area.
• Full understanding of the drug development process from discovery to commercialization.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally within a matrix organization.
• Strong budgeting and resource management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Actively contributes to compound strategy decision-making.
• Leads CDT in partnership with line functions and manages budget deliverables.
• Drives CDT to make effective decisions and contingency planning.
• Co-chairs global project teams with Alliance partners.
• Ensures successful implementation of clinical supplies strategy.
• Mentors and evaluates CDT members and aligns goals across teams.
