Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide program integration and scheduling expertise per DoD directives.

• Develop and update Integrated Master Schedules and monitor program risk.
• Coordinate meetings and document issues that affect performance, budget, and schedule.

Overview Senior Program Integrator LOCATION: Huntsville, AL JOB STATUS: Full-time CLEARANCE: Secret Travel: Up to 25%

• Must currently possess an active and transferrable DoD security clearance with current investigation at the required level.


• Master's (MS) degree in related discipline with more than 10 years direct experience.


• Substitutions: In lieu of MS degree: May substitute an additional 12 years of work experience OR a Bachelor's Degree AND additional 8 years of work experience.


• Must demonstrate prior experience and expertise in program integration, scheduling, acquisition strategies.


• Previous experience developing Integrated Master Schedules required.


• Experience supporting ASE PMO strongly preferred.


• May require the ability and willingness to travel up to 25%.


• RESPONSIBILITIES:


• Provide experience demonstrating program integration and scheduling expertise in the areas of program management consistent with the DoDI 5000.01, \"DoD Directive, The Defense Acquisition System,\" and, \"DoDI 5000.02, \"DoD Instruction, Operation of the Defense Acquisition System.\"


• Additionally, develop, advise, and review acquisition strategies, plans and schedules to accomplish program objectives and technical requirements.


• Coordinate and consolidate team inputs from integrated product team members in support of program recommendations, reviews, and written drafts of program plans.


• Prepare, coordinate and staff program decision documents at senior Army Staff levels.


• Develop and update Integrated Master Schedules.


• Coordinate, participate, and document integrated product team meetings, assembled to address programmatic, engineering, logistical, or contractual issues that pose risks to the programs performance, budget, and schedule.


• May oversee the efforts of less senior staff and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job. #CJ
