Vervic Inc. is seeking a Program Integrator and Security Professional in Huntsville, AL to drive alignment of enterprise security processes across G-2, G-6, and related teams.

The role requires DoD security program knowledge and strong stakeholder engagement to coordinate clearance and physical security workflows. Responsibilities

• Provide dual-hatted support to G-2 Security while supporting G-6 Business and Digital Transformation initiatives where enterprise integration is essential.
• Act as central integrator for G-2, driving alignment and operational effectiveness across multiple functional areas.
• Coordinate clearance and visit processes, supporting industrial security needs and cybersecurity alignment as required.
• Develop security training, SOPs, and program documentation; identify security risks across functions.
• Communicate effectively with security, IT, HR, Facilities, and other stakeholders to balance dual responsibilities.

TITLE: PROGRAM INTEGRATOR AND SECURITY PROFESSIONAL LOCATION: HUNTSVILLE, AL

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Integrator & Security Professional to support the Aviation & Missile Center (AvMC), providing dual-hatted support to the G-2 Security team as the primary focus area, while also supporting the G-6 Business and Digital Transformation initiative where enterprise integration is essential. This matrixed role requires a professional capable of integrating enterprise level processes with security policy analysis and cross-directorate coordination. You will serve as a central integrator for G-2, driving alignment and operational effectiveness across multiple functional areas. The ideal candidate brings broad DoD security expertise, including experience with security program management, personnel security processes, and the application of DoD and Army security policies. They understand physical security, access control, and inspection readiness, and can align security workflows that support other cross functioning teams. They can coordinate clearance and visit processes, supporting industrial security needs, and assisting with cybersecurity-related alignment. The candidate can also identify security risks across functions and develop clear security training, SOPs, and program documentation. Also, demonstrates strong communication, time-management, and organizational skills, with the ability to balance dual responsibilities, manage competing priorities, and consistently deliver high-quality, integrated support to both directorates.

Required Skill Sets:

• Expertise in process mapping, VSM, BPR, and dependency mapping.
• Strong facilitation skills.
• Experience developing SOPs.
• Strong stakeholder engagement across multiple teams to include: security, IT, HR, Facilities, etc...
• Ability to map clearance processing, visitor access, credentialing, and physical security workflows.
• Working knowledge of DoD security program elements.
• Familiarity with DoD security policies such as DoDM 5200.01 and AR 380-5.

Preferred Skill Sets:

• Experience in a government security or intelligence environment.
• Policy and regulation review experience.
• Lean Six Sigma experience.
• Enterprise workflow creation.
• Familiarity with MBSE tools (e.g., Cameo).
