Job summary

SITEC Consulting is seeking an experienced Program Integrator 3 / Program Management Specialist to support government program managers with financial tracking, scheduling, acquisition documentation, and reporting. The role emphasizes maintaining an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and using tools such as Plan-It, MS Project, Excel, and JIRA to produce clear, decision-ready materials.

Qualifications

• Twelve years of demonstrated combined experience in DoD/IC program management, contract management, and/or financial management.
• Bachelor's degree with a business or technical focus; alternative certifications may substitute.
• Experience providing direct programmatic support to Government Program Managers or senior program leadership.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, slicers, pivot charts) and Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial, staffing, schedule, and summary reports to Government Program Managers and program leadership.
• Assist with allocation, tracking, and analysis of program resources, including staffing, facilities, budgets, and funding execution.
• Prepare and deliver program briefings, financial reports, spreadsheets, point papers, and executive materials.
• Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules and other program schedules.
• Use Plan-It, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, JIRA, and other tools to support planning and reporting.
