KBR, Inc. is seeking a Senior Program Integrator in Huntsville to support Army Air and Missile Defense programs. The role partners with the Project Manager to provide subject matter expertise, guiding acquisition management, cost, schedule, and performance across lifecycle milestones.

The position emphasizes cross-functional integration, regulatory alignment, and data-driven decision support to achieve program objectives. DoD clearance and prior Army experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 10+ years in military/acquisition operations preferred.
• Experience supporting Army/DoD programs and acquisition management.
• Knowledge of risk management and mitigation strategies.
• Ability to obtain/maintain DoD secret clearance.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary advisor to Project Office leadership across functional areas.
• Integrate cost, schedule, and performance across portfolios to provide a coherent view of program status.
• Prepare decision support materials for program reviews and leadership engagements.
• Support synchronization of technical, financial, and acquisition activities across the program.
• Collaborate with senior management, customers, government agencies, regulators or vendors to influence decisions.
