Job summary

KBR’s Senior Program Integrator role supports Army Air and Missile Defense programs, assisting the PM with acquisition management and reviews to ensure successful outcomes. You will analyze strategies and help transition programs through milestones.

A bachelor’s degree with 10+ years in military acquisitions is required; DoD clearance is preferred. Master’s degree and DAWIA PM certification are a plus, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years in military and acquisition operations.
• Strong risk management and analytical abilities.
• Ability to obtain/maintain DoD clearance.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary advisor to Project Office leadership across functional areas.
• Integrate cost, schedule, and performance across portfolios to provide a coherent view of program status.
• Prepare decision support materials for program reviews and leadership engagements.
• Support synchronization of technical, financial, and acquisition activities across the program.
• Collaborate with senior management, customers, government agencies, regulators or vendors to influence decisions.
