Job summary

The Boeing Company in Oklahoma City is seeking a Senior Project Engineer (Project Engineer) to drive complex integration and production efforts within the B-52J CERP Aircraft Integration Office. This high-visibility role demands leadership across cross-functional teams, with responsibilities spanning safety, certification, and program execution.

Ideal candidates bring 14+ years of engineering experience, strong project management, and the ability to build executive-level relationships.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited program in engineering or related field.
14+ years’ experience performing complex engineering or system integration work.
9+ years’ experience leading and/or managing complex projects.
7+ years’ experience developing relationships with senior executives, customers, and stakeholders.
Ability to travel 10% domestically.

Responsibilities

Lead special projects and initiatives in safety, certification, and performance.
Oversee aircraft design/analysis across airframe, flight sciences, systems, propulsion or certification.
Develop integrated plans, form teams, monitor technical developments across the program.
Manage risk, opportunities, and cross-functional issues across IPTs.
Lead cross-functional integration, certification, and project management to resolve complex issues.
