Job summary

Boeing in Oklahoma City is seeking a Senior Project Engineer (Program Integration Manager) to provide technical, business, and integration leadership on the B-52J CERP program. You will manage one or more projects, collaborate with global teams, and tackle complex engineering challenges to ensure program success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in engineering or related field.
• 14+ years of complex engineering or system integration experience.
• 9+ years of leading and/or managing complex projects.
• 7+ years of experience building relationships with senior executives, customers, stakeholders, peers and business partners.
• Ability to travel 10% - primarily domestic.

Responsibilities

• Lead special projects and initiatives in safety, certification, and performance as directed by leadership.
• Aircraft design and/or analysis experience across Airframe, Flight Sciences, Mission Systems, Propulsion, or Systems with certification considerations.
• Develop integrated plans, establish and lead teams, monitor and respond to technical developments across the program lifecycle.
• Manage risk and opportunities, and support cross-functional issues.
• Lead cross-functional technical integration, certification and project management to resolve complex issues and deliver airplanes.
• Lead investigations to ensure system integration and safety compliance.
• Communicate with internal/external customers, regulators, and suppliers.
