Arcfield is seeking a Program Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. The role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for government contracting programs, with close collaboration to program managers and cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will manage financial forecasts, monitor costs and labor hours, and prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders while ensuring compliance with contract requirements and policy.

Qualifications

• BS, MS, PhD levels of education expected.
• Strong Excel skills required.
• Experience with financial systems; Costpoint preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform complex analysis of budgets and schedules to meet contractual requirements.
• Manage financial forecasts with program manager input.
• Analyze financial results and explain variances to plan.
• Act as a technical expert on financial analysis issues.
• Coordinate interdepartmental development of program plans and interfaces with vendors and customers.
