Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Program Financial Analyst 3 for the Indo-Pacific Logistics and Sustainment Services program. You will develop and refine forecasts, budgets, and EACs, collaborating with stakeholders to analyze revenue and costs to drive flawless program execution.

The role requires strong Excel skills, experience with Power BI/SQL, and a solid foundation in revenue recognition and contract management. Onsite in Honolulu is the primary location with flexible options depending on program needs.

Qualifications

• BA or higher with 4–8 years of relevant experience
• Experience with government contracting (CPAF, CPFF, T&M, and hybrid)
• Advanced Excel and proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Teams
• Experience with data analysis tools: Power BI, PowerPivot, SQL; willingness to learn Python
• Knowledge of Insight including upload forms, drill-through forms, and ad hoc analysis capabilities
• Proficiency in writing Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) queries for automation and standard reporting
• Strong understanding of revenue recognition, project control, BOEs, cost accounting and financial statement analysis
• Experience with invoicing, accruals, projections, variance analysis, and contract deliverables
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
• Experience redesigning business processes to improve efficiency

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine forecasts, budgets, and EACs for the program and projects
• Prepare quarterly EACs, AOP, and LRP for internal controls and planning
• Manage financial activities across Task Orders including invoicing, accruals and projections
• Support monthly closing of key financial metrics and variance analysis
• Lead WBS development, funding management and cost reporting
• Coordinate subcontract and intercompany financial activities and invoicing
• Create reports/dashboards to communicate performance to stakeholders
• Collaborate with Program Managers, FP&A, contracts, and procurement across functions
• Assist in proposal cost modeling and pricing reviews
• Drive process improvements and automation within the program
