Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Program Financial Analyst 3 to support the $2.9B Indo-Pacific Logistics and Sustainment Services program. You will develop budgets, forecasts, and EACs, and analyze performance against baselines. Collaboration across stakeholders will drive cost control, funding management, and reporting.

The role requires strong Excel, data analysis skills, and experience with multiple contract types. Onsite preference is Honolulu, HI, with remote/reston VA as fallback locations.

Qualifications

• BA degree or Master’s with relevant experience.
• Experience with multiple contract types in government contracting.
• Advanced Excel and MS Office proficiency.
• Data analysis tools (Power BI, SQL) and willingness to learn Python.
• Knowledge of Insight and OAC for reporting and automation.
• Familiarity with Earned Value Management concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine financial forecasts, budgets, and EACs for the program and projects.
• Prepare quarterly EACs, AOPs, and LRPs for internal controls and planning.
• Manage lifecycle financial activities across Task Orders, including invoicing and accruals.
• Support monthly closing and variance analysis for internal/external reporting.
• Lead WBS development and funding management, cost collection, and reporting.
• Oversee subcontract and intercompany financial activities and invoicing coordination.
• Produce reports and dashboards to communicate performance, risks, and opportunities.
• Coordinate with program managers, FP&A, contracts, and other functions.
• Contribute to proposal cost modeling and pricing reviews.
• Drive automation and process improvements within the program.
